Before checkout is enabled, we will clearly explain delivery, cancellation, and refund rights applicable to digital content and services, including any mandatory consumer rights under Estonian and EU law. Statutory rights are not waived by a store policy.

For missing, incorrect, or duplicate delivery, contact XenaSMP Support with the order reference. Do not share passwords or payment-card details.
